Andrea Jacobs is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate with a Master of Science in Psychology with a specialization in Counseling. She is supervised by Dr. Roger Copeland, PsyD, LPC-S. Andrea is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT), and play therapy. She specializes in issues surrounding trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, family issues, and coping skills. Andrea has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds.
Andrea's focus is helping people navigate the sometimes difficult and painful challenges they may face. She is passionate about providing a therapeutic setting that is safe, accepting, and collaborative for you to achieve the results you are seeking.
Outside of therapy, Andrea enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their two daughters. She enjoys spending time outdoors, being active in church, and competitive game nights with the family.
